Needle valves, also known as on/off valves, are core components for fluid on/off control. While their function is similar to conventional ball valves, their adaptability to different operating conditions differs fundamentally. Ordinary ball valves on the market generally have limitations in low-pressure adaptability and cannot withstand the impact of high-pressure gases. Under high-pressure conditions, they are prone to problems such as sealing failure, valve body deformation, and media leakage, posing significant safety hazards. Material is the core foundation of valve performance. The upgraded AFKLOK needle valve body is entirely forged from SS316L stainless steel. This material possesses excellent acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance. Its uniform density and high structural strength allow it to withstand the continuous impact of high-pressure media for extended periods, reducing the likelihood of wear, deformation, and corrosion. It is suitable for various harsh industrial conditions, effectively extending valve lifespan and reducing equipment maintenance costs. Compared to ordinary stainless steel valve bodies, SS316L material exhibits greater stability in high-purity and corrosive media environments, meeting the stringent material standards of high-end industrial applications.

The biggest technological breakthrough in this product is the complete upgrade of the sealing system to TFM1600 modified sealing material, replacing the traditional PTFE sealing material. As a high-end modified PTFE material, TFM1600 achieves multiple performance leaps while retaining the excellent chemical corrosion resistance of PTFE. Its tensile strength is up to three times that of conventional PTFE, possessing stronger mechanical strength and creep resistance. It is not easily deformed or loosened under long-term high-pressure stress, perfectly meeting the sealing requirements of high-pressure operating conditions. At the same time, the material’s wear resistance is significantly improved, effectively reducing seal loss caused by high-frequency opening and closing and fluid erosion, completely solving the industry problems of easy wear, easy aging, and rapid seal performance degradation of ordinary PTFE seals.
